The levain peaks then collapses — the green band is the use-now window. In Live mode, drag Starter temp: warmer rushes to peak and shortens the window; cooler stretches it. Export with Record clip (.webm), then ffmpeg -i clip.webm -c:v libx264 -pix_fmt yuv420p -crf 18 clip.mp4.
